The 6102 also has two features soon to be common on all new Nokia phones. One is audio messaging—a hybrid of MMS and voice recording. When you send an "audio message" between two Nokia phones, a window pops up that lets you play it immediately (on other phones it appears as an ordinary MMS with an audio attachment).
This is an interesting feature. I wonder how it’s designed to work exactly. I’ll need to check and find out. If it’s implemented nicely, it could persuade people to swap to Nokia the next time they upgrade.
