Text the electrical company if there’s an issue

If you’re living in Malaysia you can shortly whack your complaints or service enquiries to power company Tenaga Nasional Bhd.  Really useful.  Here in England, you are required to hang on for 10 minutes while the local power companies screw around with their billing systems, tell you everything is fine, then mail you out a revised bill for £1,000 by mistake.  I’ve had a lot of experience with this.

If ONLY they’d do what Tenaga does.  As a consumer, all I want to do is report the problem or issue and have someone fix it.  That’s what SMS is uniquely useful for.  I don’t want to speak to anyone.  I don’t want to wait on the line while they mess about.

So I reckon it’ll be quite a successful addition for Tenaga.
