Text your lover instead of buying a Valentine Card

Technology has freed New Zealand blokes to share their feelings, as sweet nothings can now be texted to a beloved, taking away any embarrassment of buying a Valentine card.

I don’t quite know about this.

For me, the annoying point the hassle of having to go to a card shop, select some ridiculously mushy vomit-enducing card, write something mildly innovative, put a stamp on it, post it.  Hours man.  That takes hours.

Ergo, I think it’s time I text my string of catwalk models, Jacinda, Jessica and Tawnie to to tell them I’m thinking of them.

While I’m at it, the last time I tried to substitute a text message for a Valentine’s ‘effort’ (a card, a meal, a letter, a trip away, anything), it did NOT go down well.

Be it on your own head if you decide to text her…

Personally I text my man all the time so this would not make the day special. Rarely do I send a card so what is a couple of bucks for a card and a stamp to do something that you do not usually do.
