Qtel Qatar gives free MMS for a month

Some 3,500 customers have signed up for post-paid GSM service in the first 15 days of the ongoing Qtel promotion that provides for a waiver on the one-time connection fee of QR250 and free multimedia messaging till March 30.

I wonder what sort of response one of the UK operators would get if they were to do similar.
