I sent a PERFECT Nokia 6111 to them, after waiting weeks I was told the phone was deemed "not in perfect condition" which is complete bollox as I work in a phone shop and know the difference. Of course I protested and said fine send me the phone back....therin lies the problem...heard noting since.

Envirofone looks like a rip off shop to me. Apparently a Nokia N93i is worth £35?? Err hello the phone retails for well over 10 times that amount and the used value is still well over 5 times that amount. Funnily enough, genuinely ‘old’ phones have no value or next to no value at all, and according to the site no charitable donation will be given on these phones. So basically rather than wasting your time you may as well just throw a genuinely old phone in a plastic recycling bin…

They did take quite a while for me -- at least a month, from memory.

I sent two phones to envirofone back in June (almost three months ago) and have heard nothing since. The status of the phones on their website is ‘waiting’, which essentially means I’ve lost the phones.
The £10 they were worth barely makes it worthwhile chasing them up with the mail company and I definitely won’t be using envirofone again or recommending them to anyone.
