Perhaps the reason this is pencilled in for early 2007 is because they wouldn't be able to sort out all other dependencies before then - getting internal approval for the scheme, sourcing funding, scheduling a marketing plan, allocating development, web design and graphics resource (and a bunch of other bureaucratic hurdles). take a deep breath!
