You&#039;re not taking prisoners are you?  Perhaps the reason this is pencilled in for early 2007 is because they wouldn&#039;t be able to sort out all other dependencies before then - getting internal approval for the scheme, sourcing funding, scheduling a marketing plan, allocating development, web design and graphics resource (and a bunch of other bureaucratic hurdles).

Additionally LBS may work, but accuracy would still be the concern.  Depends on how many loo&#039;s are in a 1000m radius of the user.</description>
