Taegan Goddard’s Political Wire carries this news:

“When Nobel Peace Prize laureate Jose Ramos-Horta resigned from his East Timor government posts, he did so via a mobile-phone text message,” Reuters reports.

He just whacked a text to the Prime Minister who reportedly responded by text! Heh, I like it!
