I received mine on Saturday and its been nothing but a disappointment! I downloaded a true tone to find out from Virgin that the reason I can't find it on my phone is that the phone has some mising software and doesn;t recognise them even though it should. I wanted to upload some MP3s - it has an MP3 player, but irgin don't supply the phone with the data cables and if the data cables are as rare as rocking horse pooh, you should try finding the software to use them, no-one I've found has and I've spent alot of time on google since Saturday! I think Virgin released this phone way too soon. They should have sorted out all of the issues with Bellwave first! I wouldn’t bother.
