		<description>I completely agree why should we pay to get our balance.  Also my biggest moan is that you cannot use Fresh to roam.  It says in the handbook that it would be available from last Nov.  Now I&#039;m told it won&#039;t every be available, the only reason I got this Fresh was to be able to use abroad.
They tell lies.
Also have tried to save 10% by topping up on internet.  Have now GIVEN UP.

Keeps saying there is a temporary error.</description>
