Well I was dreading logging on to T-mobile’s web system to see what my bill was at.
Not too bad.
Well, ok, it’s quite stupid, but it was a cost-of-doing-business. There’s no use going on about the stupid, stupid mobile phone companies and their ridiculous prices. Because they’re clearly not stupid.
I made and received 87 calls whilst in Cannes at a cost of £71. Not bad, really, when we’re talking 55p a minute.
I ran up an international data bill of £35 from the handset. Again, not as big as I thought it would be.
However when you add it all together with the UK usage, it’s £282. In the first half of the month. We haven’t stopped yet….
Arse.
Still, I got to ponce about walking along the beach at Cannes, taking an international call on my N90, looking important.
What price, the ego?
With the market saying 'no' to Nokia's Ovi Store, what do you think can be done to change this?
