The gossip on TXT4

Two people today phoned me asking if I knew much about what mobile marketing agency TXT4 have been recently up to.  I said I’d heard nothing at all and resolved to check out the news on their site when I got back to the computer.

Having done so, I can tell the two enquiring readers that TXT4 have recently, according to their July newsletter, had some pretty good successes with car client Vauxhall. 

They’ve done a case study on their recent work with Vaxuhall:

Now in its second month, the TV campaign has generated a significant level of SMS response. Over 20% of consumers who requested a brochure also opted in to book a test drive, twice the average figure achieved by similar campaigns.

That sounds like good work to me.
