I was in the Virgin Mobile store at Lakeside at the weekend. I’m working on a big overview with copious photos shortly.
However one thing the chap in store said caught my attention: Picture Messaging is 30p a message on Virgin to any UK mobile irrespective of your current location. I was quite impressed at the possibility to be sat in France and to be able to send a picture message to a friend in the UK for just 30p.
Pretty neat — and a good amount lower than the 42p Vodafone charges by default (inc VAT).
With the market saying 'no' to Nokia's Ovi Store, what do you think can be done to change this?
