I was taking a look at the Virgin Mobile USA monthly price plan options.
$59 a month buys you 600 peak time minutes and unlimited calls from 7pm-7am + weekends.
Then, if you’re into texting, you can buy their $9.99 option which gives you 1,000 texts a month — 1 cent each!
So, for $69 that’s you done — more or less ‘unlimited’ usage.
