You can then blog this text note. You can also put text in a caption below each item (e.g. image, video, SMS, note), or also in some body text below the whole thing. If you want to send text but no images, then either send just a text note, or select any other item like an image and pretend to blog that; then, at the post editor screen you can remove the image and then you just have a title and body text to send.
