My Blackberry is over quota

I  have it set to delete email every day.  It’s ridiculous.  I get a lot of mail.  People send me documents.  I have my mail routed to my desktop AND my T-Mobile Blackberry, which within about half a day, fills up the 20mb limit on the account then starts bouncing mail all over the place.

And I look an idiot.  I need to sort this out.
