		<description>That message is 163 characters long which would have cost the store the price of TWO texts! I think this clearly shows they didn&#039;t cut any corners or costs when letting her go!  Far too often these days company&#039;s would have desperately reduced the grammar and resorted to txtspk to get the message down to 160 chars. Good on them for keeping the text detailed and polite with no concern for their own expense.
