It’s an interesting choice of words.. ‘SMS@ctive to proceed’. Sounds like they put it on hold for a little while, eh? ‘Proceed’ indicates some sort of permission was required, from someone, somewhere.
Otherwise you’d knock out a release trumpeting your arrival, surely?
