Three reduce mobile tracks to £0.99 each

My Three bill arrived the other day with this text on the front:

Mobile Entertainment Operator of The Year

Congratulations to them!
Inside, besides the bill, was a flyer letting me know that their 500,000 mobile tracks are now reduced to £0.99 (from £1.50). Good news!
