And quit picking on T-Mobile, they have some of the better approaches to customer service (but by no means adequate!)... here is a challenge for you:

Using ONLY the official websites of each UK operator, find out how much a call to an 0845 number costs per minute on an average tariff.

In my experience, the T-Mobile site is the best requiring 4 logical clicks... I have yet to find information on these call costs for my Orange tariff as whenever I go to their site they try to tell me about football, the new M&amp;S kid&#039;s collection or Deal or No Deal :(
