just one thing... are CPW still insisting that he takes the phone back before it&#039;s blacklisted and cant be used?

it would seem to be the stupid sort of thing they&#039;d do!
It&#039;d definately be a shame if they did de-activate the handset after all THAT struggle!

I hate the mobile companies I have dealt with in this country, its just that simple.  

The only two I haven&#039;t had 1st hand experience with are O2 and Vodafone so I hold my breath but it would take a lot of effort to repair the damage done.

I am now a hostile customer, which means I hate you (anyone I talk to that works in the mobile world) unless you do something nice then I like you for 5 seconds and revert back to hating you.

Its a sad reality and I have never felt this way about service I have recieved elsewhere.

Thank Ewan for continuing to punish these organisations for their terrible customer service.</description>
