Got this from the Vonage newsletter this afternoon. They’ll shortly be launching this USB ‘v-phone’ device. Looks interesting. Here’s what the text says:
The new Vonage V-Phone is so small it fits on your keychain yet it can turn any PC or laptop into a fully functional Vonage telephone.
It’s easy to use with absolutely no loading or set up involved. Simply plug your Vonage V-Phone into the USB port of virtually any high-speed Internet connected computer, dial using the on screen dashboard, then listen and talk using the V-Phone earpiece and microphone. When the call’s over, unplug and off you go taking your Vonage V-Phone, complete with your number, low-cost calling plan and features, with you.
Ideal for business travellers, students or anyone on the go, the V-Phone can be used anywhere there’s a high-speed Internet connection, plus with "call forwarding" available you won’t miss calls when away from your computer.
With the market saying 'no' to Nokia's Ovi Store, what do you think can be done to change this?
