handset i would say on paper the E61 as it has standard nokia symbian software but you can install Blackberry connect giving good functionality across the board.
it can be a bit of a pain in the ass to set up but once it is going its generally a good bet.
MDA Vario 2 is also one to look at. as it also can run blackberry and windows mobile 5 as its operating system(thus eliminating the ipaq(thankfully).
as for PP one of the flext + web n walk should do the trick.
