It’s Good Mobile Messaging on a Nokia phone on T-Mobile (as they have unlimited data plans which is good for this sort of thing).

Deduction was it says ‘Good’ on that orange square on the top of the phones display, you said it was T-Mobile, and I can see it’s a Nokia.
