We used them a few years ago and whilst the service sort of technically worked, sort of, the interface was hideous with a capital H, and their customer support was erm...not as good as it could have been! What Dan is doing will win if the interface is good - and from what he showed me it is very very smart. of course the actual service must work too but I get the feeling the work under the bonnet is the easy bit; making it look sleak and sexy is what will win... steve have Callagenix updated their interface yet?
