All those who have ever tried booking gas cylinders for their homes will vouch for how difficult a task it is to accomplish in this great big city.
But Reliance Communications claims it might just have discovered a way to circumvent all those hours spent at gas booking premises, not to mention the endless calls to gas agencies…
Reliance Mobile World (R World) has introduced gas booking via mobile phone for the benefit of its 2.6 crore odd customers. In effect, gas booking becomes the latest to join a string of mass market utilities provided by the company, including Railways and Airline bookings, India Speed Post tracking, bill payment, and mobile banking.
