		<description>T-mobile are the only operators offering internationally acceptable MMS charges - for a lot of the bands that moblog at moblogUK I recommend they use Tmobile sims, load them up with credit, then head of on tour wherever they&#039;re going to keep posting charges to a minimum - Bloc Party are doing this on their US tour at the moment (Matt, the drummer has suffered a collapsed lung incidentally, so some tour dates have been cancelled - he&#039;s ok.).</description>

I guess you do need access to the internet though to use it, but as I spend most of my day in front of a PC I rarely text with my phone these days anyway.
