Wacko Jacko – check out the camera phones

Have a look at this Youtube video of Michael Jackson’s recent performance, if you can call it that, at the World Music Awards.

Now, what I found fascinating was:

a) the coverage was available on Youtube within hours of the actual performance (yes, you’re meant to wait until Channel 4 broadcasts it in full on the 23rd of November).

b) Look at the number of other camera phones in the movie. Look at the up to date handsets! Geez. Everyone’s videoing it! Wow!

I found this via the coverage on showbizvixen.com (which, incidentally, is written by a friend of mine who’s so in the know with celebrity stuff, it hurts. Oh to be part of the media darling 3am girl set, eh!)
