RE: I to am looking for a SMS provider in but in Turkey. One who can set up a short code auto response for a promotion. I did find someone in the UK who offered to do it but the cost was enormous.

Hi Robert,

This is cool that you’ve got voice and SMS on the same number, but the issue is it’s not premium, and it relies on the home networks being able to terminate in the Seychelles and for users to accept paying for international call or sms rates – for a big brand they’d likely want to be able to tell users how much it was going to cost to call or text, and this I suspect would be very very tricky info to collate.
