Zyb announces Google Calendar & iCal support

Zyb, the (free) online mobile backup and file sharing service, is continuing to move swiftly. They’re definitely beating the developer drums there. I had anote from Ali letting me know that:

- Integration of Google calendar with ZYB: Import of Google calendars to ZYB will be launched very soon (perhaps in couple of weeks) where as full two-way synchronization between ZYB and Google calendar will be introduced later.

- iCal import will also feature shortly

- More than 2.8 million contacts have been uploaded to ZYB so far whereas the we now support around 300 mobile devices from various manufacturers.

Muchos impressive. I’m a massive fan of Zyb. I think the Goolge/iCal support (particularly once it becomes two-way) will be extremely appealing to people. And, er, Google. Someone is definitely going to buy Zyb soon – I’m sure of it.

If you haven’t backed up your handset or tried Zyb recently, stop everything and visit www.zyb.com and sort it out.
