Fantastic, takes under a minute to receive emails... costs around £5 per month for fasthosts exchange mailbox and another £5 for the privelage of Good Mobile Messaging, but definately worth it. A lot better than Nokia's MailForExchange. I do exactly the same on my Nokia E71 !
