I don't like the idea of shooting at the lower resolution personally as I'd rather have the best quality an scale down for sharing, pretty hard to scale up. It'll never be seen at that resolution on the web. Best to use 'Handset (High)' resolution (30fps, 320 by 240' and then you'll find that files are a sensible size and uploaded in sensible times.
