Three phone bill woes — my fault + silver lining

So do you remember I was a total plonker whilst in Geneva and forgot to put my N73 on keypad lock and ended up dialing Three’s customer services repeatedly by mistake — with one of the calls lasting 1 hour 43 minutes?

Well, I got the bill.

It’s not pretty.

That big call was £89 quid alone.

Total unmitigated arse. I don’t know WHAT I was thinking.

Anyway, I called Three and they offered me a £20 credit which, I think, given the circumstances (i.e. me as an idiot customer) was perfectly reasonable. Good of’em, actually. It’s my responsibility to supervise the calls being made from the handset after all.
