I’m in the front carriage of the 0611 to London Liverpool Street. All is quiet. Despite the carriage being packed (standing room only), there is not a mobile handset to be seen. Rare, I’m sure you will appreciate.
There’s the odd ‘arse, no messages’ silent glare as one or two people whip out their K800s or RAZRs to message check.
It is unusual. But explainable. No one else is up yet. Hence no interactions. If you are mobile marketing to commuters working at crazy hours, this is the time to send your messages! give it an hour and the 711 carriage will be beeping and chirruping like no tomorrow.
