		<description>For the included countries, this beats Vodafone Passport hands down! It is ideal for anyone near the border between North and South Ireland.

On Passport the 75p connection charge applies to all calls made and received, And if a call made to you whilst abroad is diverted, you will be charged for receiving and making a call - ouch.

The operator that now has to play catch-up is O2, they have not announced any changes to tariffs for data or roaming. I am not going to hold my breath much longer, just port my accounts to 3 or T-Mobile.</description>

It&#039;s funny how in the US their actually going backwards (with double billing for sms messages, god, never heard such shite!) , yet T-Mobile and 3 are just flying ahead over here.
