    Sorry but i have to say, the XSeries in hk is not the same as in uk. If you carefully read through the EULA & plan details, you will find that it is first of all, not “flat fee”. Second, it does seperate all kind of services, such as Skype, browsing, email, sling, ebay…etc into pieces of “tiny package”.

    So, you are so lucky to live in un & we are so sad to have those stupid management from hutchison hk. As a hk consumser, I guess probably the reason why they do not launch “flat fee” is because of hutchison do believe someone else here are willing to pay even if it is not “flat fee”
