Sorry but i have to say, the XSeries in hk is not the same as in uk. If you carefully read through the EULA &amp; plan details, you will find that it is first of all, not &quot;flat fee&quot;. Second, it does seperate all kind of services, such as Skype, browsing, email, sling, ebay...etc into pieces of &quot;tiny package&quot;.

So, you are so lucky to live in un &amp; we are so sad to have those stupid management from hutchison hk. As a hk consumser, I guess probably the reason why they do not launch &quot;flat fee&quot; is because of hutchison do believe someone else here are willing to pay even if it is not &quot;flat fee&quot;
