I was just getting out my ipod to listen to on the train. Whilst I put on the headphones, I looked down an saw this. How crap? Two devices that absolutely should be joined as one. This in 2007 and a decent solution still has not hit the marketplace. Mind you, I need to try that MusicPhone service. . .

I just had a daughter 3 weeks ago and have been taking her for walks every morning for about 2 hours so my wife can sleep. I have been using my E61 as a music player and have been ok with it. It’s no ipod but the UI is fine with me. What don’t you like about it?

Hi Ewan – we had the same thought a while ago….’Why take 2 bottles into the shower?’ etc….and we plan to announce the beta launch of our Media Store fairly soon. Hopefully that’ll cheer you up a bit.
