If the "Ac" sound was meant to be short, I think it should be "Acc", as in the words accept and accelerate. Though the presence of a soft "s" sound after the "c"s in those words is a bit off putting. Still, I'm casting my vote with "ryhmes with incision". Actually, pronouncing it that way kind of makes me think "ascension" which, methinks, is the kind of word you really do want associated with your company.
