Etisalat cease-and-desists naughty SMS practices

Etisalat has warned an Abu Dhabi based firm it risks losing its licence if it continues to send out unsolicited text messages asking mobile users to reply, at a cost of Dhs10, to stand a chance of winning prizes including a car, reported Gulf News.

Can you imagine a UK network doing similar?
