		<description>$300 for the iPhone, and $200 for the bill? Doesn&#039;t the 4gig iPhone &lt;i&gt;start&lt;/i&gt; at $499? If this is the case, then I wonder if the American phone companies should start directing more of their marketing into the deep south, to educate the people as to the actual cost? I know in this case they may have grossly underestimated the cost of the handset, but they may be grossly overestimating the cost of the plans etc... (or American phone companies might just like to keep this little corner of society oblivious of the true costs of mobile telephony, and cash in on this when the kids get older. Either way.)</description>
