Customers who are prepared to wait 2 years for their next subsidised handset, or give up the subsidy entirely with a SIM-only deal and no commitment, are being offered bonus minutes and text from Orange UK.

    And Australia. All our contracts are 24 months over here. That said, if you like the carrier you’re with, you can usually get free upgrades at least 6 months earlier than that, but you’re still committing for 2 years.

    Wow.. the longest relationship I’ve had is with my phone contract ;) .
