he SMS service for immediate redressal of agri-related problems of the farmers in the state, introduced by the Haryana Agriculture Department early this year has been a success with the farmers asking a wide range of questions from experts.
A pet favourite, of mine, these sorts of services. Anything like this — that actually helps connect people via the mobile medium and solve their problems — I’m just delighted to read about it. This service, launched earlier this year, has already answered over 800 queries. Good news!
