		<description>Virgin Media (and formerly NTL) keep putting leaflets through my door at home, even though my neighbourhood isn&#039;t cable-ready. I&#039;ve phoned them a couple of times to see what the deal is, apart from denying they&#039;d do such a stupid thing there is, apparently, no plans to finish off what was started and actually use the cable ducts and cabinets that they put in about four years ago.</description>
