		<description>The DMA has ruled against bluespam (i.e. sending out unsolicited messages via bluetooth to ask if you want further content or information about something) in the UK and the Information Commissioner has similar views unfortunately.

Until we&#039;ve worked out how the initial message can appear on a phone via opt-in, then the service is flawed, not least legally. Love the concept about free music via bluetooth in a bus stop, but disappointed it&#039;s still not opt-in unless I&#039;ve missed something in the customer interaction process.</description>
