		<description>So very true (and sad). I have a friend who lives there and the first thing I did when i saw it on the news is send her a text message to make sure she was ok.  It seems to be such a simple thing to set up, but I believe it will be awhile here in the U.S. Everyone uses SMS to communicate with each other, but there is some ramping up needed in all of the other ways SMS can be used amongst most mobile users here, even in the college set.</description>
