Do you know anywhere that I can get a bluetooth transmitter?

I had the above enquiry in from an SMS Text News reader who’s on the hunt for one of those transmitters that can broadcast content - pictures, videos and so on, to phones in an area. I see them around all the time used with various marketing efforts. Any ideas where I can point the reader for a supplier in the UK?
