I think the problem for most people is that they consider all operators to be no good - so it becomes a case of better the devil you know. The concierge idea could also potentially be a very good little business idea in its own right. Charges could be based on the savings provided to the customer (eg 20% of the saving in the monthly contract / bill). If you were smart there could also be a finder's fee from the operators too - I think IFAs work on a similar model. Does anyone know anyone doing this? Fancy starting it? Ewan
