I separated from my husband a couple of years ago after he had an affair with his Bridge partner and walked out, in spite of my wanting him to give us another go. However our relationship has now enjoyed a renaissance through texting because it is silent and private between us. I shifted to Europe and he is the other side of the world down under so we are completely out of synch time wise but I text him when I am wanting him physically again, and vice versa. I enjoy it terrifically because there is something really arousing about explicit text sex for females texting things which are difficult to voice. Better than sounds or pictures and re-reading later is fab. His words trigger a host of memories and I find out a whole lot about his most precious memories which I had forgotten about. It is also gratifying for me because I still love him very much and it carries with it a little revenge. He is still living with his new mistress so it is as if we have swapped roles and I am now the illicit relationship. But the main thing is I realise he did not, and does not reject me as a person, and thus is healing. We both have very very busy jobs and the intense sexual texting about ten times a week provides me with empowerment and affirmation whilst removing the ups and downs of living 24/7 together. We met and enjoyed time together once earlier this year and will do so again before Xmas.

Just enjoy it while it lasts mate... albeit a week, a month or a year.
Sounds cool to me.

...and if you ever do head down to London - I'm sure Ewan'll buy you a beer or three - ;o)
