The offering was all the encouragement I needed to leave O2 who were not interested in offering me anything approaching the 3 deal I got. I could not order it with X-series options on the web ordering system so will have to buy it as an add on ... hopefully this won't be too difficult to sort out. 3 customer services for internet order process were a tad bemused by the option not being available ... probably due to the phone only being available from the day before. I must note that he was a lot more helpful than my recent customer service run ins with O2 though. Got mine coming on Thursday.
