Either they should be honest and say &quot;we&#039;ve missed your money&quot; or just avoid spinning a crap, overused and insincere line. I like to think the modern consumer has moved on enough to see through that (at least I hope so...). Okay, it got you to go and take another look, but you have a professional interest in doing so. I bet you didn&#039;t feel all warm and wanted just because Napster claimed to have missed you? If I got that email I&#039;d avoid them on principal. Right, my rant over.</description>
